Privacy policy

Effective October 7, 2026

This policy explains how Princeton10 ("we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares data through P10 Nexus, Princeton10's internal marketing data platform ("P10 Nexus"). P10 Nexus is used only by authorized Princeton10 employees to report on marketing accounts that Princeton10 manages for its clients.

Who uses P10 Nexus

Only Princeton10 employees authorized by Princeton10 may sign in to P10 Nexus or connect accounts to it. P10 Nexus has no public sign-up and is not offered to the general public.

Data we access from Google

When an authorized employee connects a Google account to P10 Nexus, P10 Nexus requests the following Google permission:

Google's sign-in process may also share the connecting employee's name and email address so P10 Nexus can identify which employee authorized the connection.

How we use Google user data

We use data received from Google APIs only to:

P10 Nexus does not create, edit, or delete Google Ads campaigns. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Limited Use disclosure

P10 Nexus's use of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer of that information to any other app, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In particular:

Other data in P10 Nexus

P10 Nexus also stores marketing data that Princeton10 is authorized to access from other platforms, including paid media platforms (such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Spotify), organic social channels, email marketing platforms, search performance tools, and social listening tools. Social listening data consists of public content and aggregated metrics obtained through licensed listening providers. We use this data only for client reporting and research.

How we store and protect data

Data is stored in Princeton10's Google Cloud environment, in BigQuery and Cloud Storage. Access is limited to authorized Princeton10 employees through Google Cloud identity and access controls. OAuth credentials are stored in access-controlled secret storage and are never shared outside Princeton10. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Who we share data with

We share reports built from account data only with the client that owns the account, and with people that client authorizes. We use service providers, such as Google Cloud, to host and process data on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell data.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as Princeton10 manages the account and as needed to meet reporting, contractual, and legal obligations. When a client relationship ends or a client asks us to delete their data, we delete it from P10 Nexus within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

Revoking access

Anyone who connected a Google account to P10 Nexus can revoke its access at any time from Google Account permissions. To ask us to delete data received from your account, contact us at the address below.
