P10 Nexus by Princeton10

Terms of service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms govern use of P10 Nexus, Princeton10's internal marketing data platform ("P10 Nexus"). By signing in to P10 Nexus or connecting an account to it, you agree to these terms.

Who may use P10 Nexus

P10 Nexus is available only to Princeton10 employees whom Princeton10 has authorized to use it. Access ends when your employment ends or when Princeton10 withdraws authorization.

Connecting accounts

You may connect only accounts that you are authorized to access on behalf of Princeton10 or its clients. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have that authorization and that Princeton10's agreement with the client permits the data use described in the P10 Nexus privacy policy.

Acceptable use

When using P10 Nexus, you agree not to:

Third-party platforms

P10 Nexus relies on APIs and services from third parties such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Spotify. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Princeton10 is not responsible for changes to, or outages of, third-party services.

Data

Data in P10 Nexus belongs to Princeton10 or its clients, as set out in the applicable client agreements. Princeton10 handles data as described in the P10 Nexus privacy policy.

Availability and changes

P10 Nexus is an internal tool provided as is. Princeton10 may change, suspend, or discontinue P10 Nexus, or any part of it, at any time. Princeton10 may update these terms and will change the effective date above when it does.

Suspension

Princeton10 may suspend or end your access to P10 Nexus if you violate these terms or Princeton10 policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Princeton10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of P10 Nexus.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
